Flint Fitness Suite
Located upstairs in the Jade Jones Pavilion, Flint Fitness Suite is a 2 storey gym with various types of training equipment to cater for all. From strength training, cardiovascular, core, functional- we have it all.

We offer a variety of membership options such as Pay Daily, Pay Monthly or Pay Yearly. Our monthly memberships have no contract included so you can cancel at any time. All new members are required to undertake an induction process which involves a medical check with heart monitor readings, a body composition analysis, nutritional advice and tailored workout plans specifically for your individual needs. All of our fully qualified Fitness Instructors will guide you through the workout plan showing you how to use all the equipment correctly and safely, all of the above can be repeated as Fitness Reviews to monitor your progress.
Fitness Suite Opening Times
Monday – Thursday > 6:30AM – 10PM
Friday > 6:30AM – 9PM
Saturday & Sunday > 8AM – 4PM
We also host a large selection of Fitness classes which is always growing. Right now we have 40 Fitness Classes every week, we like to offer a variety of different type of class to cater for all tastes and abilities. We have classes such as Studio Cycling, Kettlercise, Met Fit and many many more.
