Annual Membership Offer: Pay for 8 months and receive 12 months
1. The promotion will run from Friday, 24 November 2023 until Monday, 27 November 2023 inclusive.
2. The Annual Membership Offer includes 4 months’ free when paying in advance for 12 months (based upon the equivalent monthly direct debit charge). This is better than our standard Annual Offer of 2 months’ free.
3. The Annual Offer is available to brand new members, existing direct debit members, renewing members and lapsed members. It can also be used in conjunction with the Refer a Friend scheme or purchased as a gift for new members.
4. All new members who join via this promotional offer will go through the member journey as normal. Current direct debit members are permitted to cancel if they wish to convert to this Annual Offer.
5. New customers taking out this offer will need to book an initial consultation (free of charge) as per normal practice when joining one of Aura’s fitness suites. Existing members will not be required to undergo an initial consultation though a programme review or personal fitness session can be booked free of charge.
6. If the purchase is for an existing Annual member seeking to renew, then the expiry date of the current Annual cannot extend beyond 31 December 2023.
7. There will be no pro-rata refund for existing direct debit members transferring from a monthly direct debit subscription to the Annual Membership Offer.
8. Once purchased, the Annual Membership Offer is non-refundable as per the existing terms and conditions relating to Annual membership.

Fitness Class Saver30: 30 sessions for the price of 20
1. The promotion will run from Friday, 24 November 2023 until Monday, 27 November 2023 inclusive.
2. The current price of a Fitness Class for an Aura cardholder is £6.50. This offer enables customers to purchase 30 x Fitness Class sessions for the price of 20. The customer will pay £130.00 rather than the normal charge of £195.00 thereby saving £65.00.
3. The Fitness Class Saver30 can be purchased by Adult and Concessionary rate customers.
4. The Fitness Class Saver30 can only be used for fitness class sessions and is not transferable to pool or gym sessions.
5. This offer is available to brand new customers, existing Fitness Class Saver10 customers and existing direct debit members.
6. There will be no pro-rata refund for existing direct debit members transferring from a monthly direct debit subscription to the Fitness Class Saver30 offer.
7. Once purchased, this offer is non-refundable as per the existing terms and conditions relating to Saver10s.
8. As per the standard Saver10, the 30 usages applied to the Black Friday Saver30 will need to be used within 12 months of the date of purchase.

Swim Saver30: 30 sessions for the price of 20
1. The promotion will run from Friday, 24 November 2023 until Monday, 27 November 2023 inclusive.
2. The current price of a Swim session for an Aura cardholder is £6.00. This offer enables customers to purchase 30 x Swim sessions for the price of 20. The customer will pay £120.00 rather than the normal charge of £180.00 thereby saving £60.00.
3. The Swim Saver30 can be purchased by Adult, Junior and Concessionary rate customers.
4. The Swim Saver30 can only be used for public swimming sessions and is not transferable to gym or fitness class sessions.
5. This offer is available to brand new customers, existing Swim Saver10 customers and existing direct debit members.

30% off Treatments at Afon Spa
1. The promotion will run from Friday, 24 November 2023 until Monday, 27 November 2023 inclusive.
2. Customers will receive 30% discount off any treatments on our price list.
3. This offer excludes any other discounted packages or treatments.
4. All bookings are to be paid in full on the day of booking and all treatments must be taken on weekdays only between 1 December 2023 and 29 February 2024.
5. Bookings cannot be transferred to a later date outside of the date range highlighted above.

4. The standard charge for a Skate Park Party is £120.00 for up to 10 guests (aged 8 years and over). The party includes a two-hour session on the Skate Park and exclusive use of the Party Room. Food includes pizza/hot dog, ice cream and unlimited juice for all guests. Additional guests (more than 10) are limited to a maximum of 6 and will be charged at the standard rate of £12.00 each.
5. Aura’s Skate Park admissions policy will apply to Skate Park Parties. Riders must be aged 8 years and over.
