We collect information about you when you register with us via the ‘Online Volunteer Form’ to become a Volunteer.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to ensure we are able to provide you with safe and enjoyable Volunteering Experience:
- to enable us to communicate with you to become a part of the Aura Wales Volunteering Team;
- to enable us to effectively manage your Volunteer Profile and keep your details up to date;
- to monitor your progress as a Volunteer;
- to update you on new Volunteering Experiences;
- to provide you with Coach Education opportunities available for your Development;
- to contact you about new Volunteering Events;
- keep you updated via the Volunteer Newsletter.
We may also contact you about other products and services we offer that we think may be of interest to you, if you have consented for us to do so.
Aura L&L Ltd will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the Aura Group. Your information will not be transferred or shared with any organisation outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

Access to your information and correction
