Salary From £21,482 to £24,417 per annum

  • Do you have knowledge of swimming lessons and a relevant teaching qualification at level 2
  • Do you have excellent verbal, written and IT communication Skills
  • Able to drive and develop a learn to swim programme
  • Able to develop swimming teachers through mentoring and coaching to improve quality of lessons
  • Build relationships with key partners, colleagues, schools, customers and community clubs.
  • Able to ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained within a busy leisure centre at all times
