Grade F – SCP 23 to 27 Salary From £21,697 to £24,662 per annum

This post offers you an exciting opportunity to join our Library Management Team in a key supervisory role

You will work together with the Library Support Officer team to ensure that our libraries are able to deliver core business, managing staff across the organisation.

In accordance with our performance management strategy, you will line manage, develop and motivate Library Assistants and support staff to ensure that Aura priorities, standards and performance targets are being achieved.

You will also drive, motivate and manage your teams to achieve Aura values and behaviours.

You will be required to manage and report on service performance to the Library Management Team on a regular basis.

You must be able to work flexibly across the whole of the service in a number of locations.

  • Work smartly and professionally using effective and efficient planning, organising and prioritisation of work

We are looking for proven experience of working in a dynamic customer service environment. Ability to work as part of a team and lead on aspects of the service is essential.
