To support the role of the Duty Supervisor for the day to day scheduled operations and security of the leisure centre. To provide a high level of instruction to leisure centre customers and staff, The Head Attendant Role will be directly involved with all customers visiting the Leisure Centre meeting, greeting, serving customers and will be responsible for the quality of the service delivery. The supervision of staff ensuring the safety & wellbeing of users of the centre and overall security of the Leisure Centre.

The role is to deliver a quality and consistent experience for customers of the centre and provide knowledge of products and activities on offer throughout the leisure centre. It also provides support to the operation of the whole centre and is an essential front-line role.

We are looking for Enthusiastic, Energetic individuals with experience of working in a busy multi activity leisure centre, customer focussed environment. Knowledge of swimming pool operations, teaching & coaching, Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
