An important part of the post is your relationship with software providers to ensure upgrades, infrastructure maintenance and system downtimes are managed and communicated effectively, and with the minimum of disruption to customers.

You will work closely with colleagues in Aura’s senior management team to ensure integration between systems is achieved.  The impact of your contribution to day-to-day system management will be clearly visible in the improved quality of performance reports.
