Customer ‘No Show’ Policy / 24 hour Web Lock

The response to Aura’s Fitness Classes programme since re-opening last month has been overwhelming. Thank you to all our customers for their continued support and loyalty. Whilst we continue to explore ways to increase the number of fitness classes available and extend the programme to other sites, we are very much aware that demand exceeds the current level of provision. With waiting lists in place for most classes, many customers have expressed their frustration when, due to non-attendance on the day, some exercise stations have remained empty for the duration of a hugely popular class.

In response to this feedback, Aura has now introduced a Customer ‘No Show’ Policy. In the event of a customer making an advance booking onto a fitness class and then failing to attend on the day without having cancelled at least two hours prior to the class start time, Aura will apply a freeze to the customer’s account which will prevent them from making any further class bookings for a period of 24 hours. Members will be required to contact one of our centres via telephone on 01352 704301 / 704330 / 704290 (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-8:00pm / Sat-Sun, 8:30am-2:00pm) in order to unfreeze their account.

Once again, thank you for your continued support and we hope you understand that the decision to introduce the ‘No Show’ Policy has been taken in the best interests of ALL customers.
