Polite Notice to Aura customers with a Direct Debit membership

Please can we remind our loyal customers with a Direct Debit due on the 5th April that we WILL NOT be debiting your account due to the present closure of our leisure centres. We will not be collecting any further payments from you whilst the current situation with Covid-19 continues. There is no need to take any action in relation to your Direct Debit, either with us or with your bank / building society.
