Class Information

the sessions are enjoyable and engaging and all in a relaxed manner to get the best out of participants, all with the goal of achieving a better fitness level.

Fitness Class Participant

Wellbeing Workout with Jo
A low level Wellbeing class made up of a warm up, some exercises to improve mobility and strength followed by a cool down and stretch. You will need a dining chair and some light weights (tins of beans will do!).

Body Burn with Gav
A high intensity workout for calorie burn and core focused.

Total Tone with Gav
This full total body workout will help you lose weight and improve muscle strength/tone. It will consist of a variety of exercises for the lower, upper and core areas of the body, which may include some high intensity exercises to help burn fat. You will only need a few pieces of equipment or an equivalent such as an exercise mat, a stable chair and free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells or tins of beans!).

HIIT with Jo
A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training class: body weighted exercises devised to get the heart pumping. Short periods of exercise and rest designed to fire up your metabolism. Think squats, lunges, press ups and sprints, going all out, no matter what your level. All exercises have easier options so perfect for beginners or more advanced exercisers. All you need is a small space, a mat or towel and a drink.

Kettlebells with Adam
Only one Kettle bell is needed. This workout will help to build up strength, co-ordination and will include a mixture of own body weight exercises along with kettle bell movements.

HIIT with Adam
My HIIT class will be own body weight based exercises. A mixture of lower body, upper body and core based movements within the same session, with different variations of times and rest periods. No equipment required.

Tai Chi with Steph
Tai Chi Movement for Wellbeing (TMW) sessions will run for 40 minutes, comprising of one sequence (either seated or standing), followed by a relaxation.

Express Toning with Lesley
Express tone is a full body conditioning workout, targeting all major muscle groups. A combination of cardio and body sculpting exercises. It is a resistance class using hand weights (dumbbells, kettlebells or tins of beans!).

Al’s Abs with Alan
This is an Intermediate/Advanced class that is taken on the floor. This class will strengthen your core muscles and help you work on a six pack! I will give easy and harder options along the way. I recommend that you warm up with some pulse raising exercise before this class. I’m really looking forward to getting back to this class. The playlist is ready!

Express Bells with Lesley
Kettlercise is a full body transformation, toning, weight loss, fat burning and high volume, moderate intensity exercise class. This class uses the B.S.M method (blood shunting method) and is designed to reshape and sculpt the body. (Equipment needed: a Kettlebell)

NERS Circuits with Sue
This is the normal NERS circuit which we do on a weekly basis and is purely just for all our NERS clients who are currently on the NERS scheme. I will doing be a 40 minute class which will involve a warm up then a circuit with various exercises to help our clients with their fitness, flexibility, mobility and balance. We will then finish the session with a cool down and stretch.

Express Abs with Lesley
Express Abs consists of 20 exercises designed to engage your core, and give you a full abdominal workout.
